What the colored light is actually doing

LED light therapy looks futuristic and feels almost like nothing. No heat, no peeling, no downtime — light reaching the skin at wavelengths that have been studied for years.
Red is often used to support a calmer, more even look. Blue is chosen when congestion and breakouts are the focus. Near-infrared is the deeper, quieter option when skin feels inflamed. The useful color depends on the goal, not on which panel photographs best.
More intensity is not the trick. LED works through repeated, gentle exposure. A few calm minutes, kept up, outperform a single long session you never repeat.
In the studio we use it to extend a facial and settle the skin after stronger steps. At home, think of it as a small ritual, not a rescue. Consistency is the whole method.
